Grandma Sig's Beef and Noodles


Beef and Noodles

1 1/2 lbs boneless stewing beef

1 tablespoon veg oil
1 cube beef bouillon dissolved in hot water
1/2 16 oz package medium noodles

Brown meat in veg oil. Drain, add beef broth and simmer 2 to 3 hours until meat is tender. You may have to add more water as beef cooks. Remove meat from broth and set aside. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of broth before adding noodles. Use 1/2 of a package of medium noodles. Five minutes before noodles are done, put meat back in.


Sarah just gave this to me so I wanted to put it here so I wouldn't forget it.....adding this to my grocery list for next week.  I didn't realize it was soooooo easy!
